2. How to Return an Item

Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with detailed instructions for returning your items. Please do not return items without an RA number, as they cannot be processed. -
Step 3: Ship the Item(s) Back
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). -
Step 4: Return Processing
After we receive your returned items, they will be inspected to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange request.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Once your return is approved and processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
- Restocking Fees: Peppicarenie does not charge a restocking fee. However, please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer support team at info@peppicarenie.com to initiate the exchange process. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or a store credit for the value of the original item.
- Exchange Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the new item(s) to you. If there is any difference in price, we will either charge you or issue a refund accordingly.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report the issue. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and provide you with a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference and availability of the item.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Email them to info@peppicarenie.com along with your order number. We will process your claim and assist with the return or replacement.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For most returns, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Free Returns: Peppicarenie will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
